Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that: The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Original tags and labels are intact. The item is not listed under non-returnable categories (e.g., innerwear, accessories, or sale items).
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@tagdware.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup or provide further instructions.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to successful quality verification. Please note that shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size, fit, or defective items, subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued as per the refund policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos of the product and packaging to support@tagdware.com . We will prioritize resolution through replacement or refund.
